The building around Fatih Mosque is one of the rare Levantine mansions from the late 19th to early 20th century. It was built by Ferit Pasha in 1909 and remained in his family’s use until 1924.
It opened as Hotel Reşadiye in 1924, was purchased by Ahmet Ardal in 1950, and reopened as Fatih Reşadiye Hotel after restoration completed in 2003.
